Model 89 will feature the new “Quick Change” wire relaxers. This new design is operator-friendly, convenient, and provides a higher level of safety for employees. It also includes new industry 4.0 features. Our most compact unit to date, the model 500 SpaceSaver, offers all of the features you’ve come to expect from RMG, but in a footprint 35% smaller than a standard machine.

The thru-hardened tool steel capstan on the PDR series handles a diameter range of 0.125" to 0.688" (3.17mm to 17.5mm). Our Quick Change feature, improved tool life, and machine diagnostics makes this an ideal machine for reducing material inventory and improving material properties.
